The City of Magee is accepting applications for the position of municipal judge.
Court is held on two Tuesdays per month.
Job Duties
- The Municipal Court Judge will be responsible for overseeing the judicial proceedings within the City of Magee’s municipal court system.
- He or she will preside over cases involving criminal and traffic offenses, making decisions based on the facts presented and applicable laws.
- He or she will be responsible for maintaining order in the courtroom and ensuring that the rights of all parties are protected.
- Additionally, he/she will have administrative responsibilities, such as supervising court staff.
